Top 5 Worst Films
Here it is, folks... the worst films of all time. Of course this is only my own personal opinion, but, let's be honest, what else matters? I was swindled into seeing the first three films by my college buds (Brian: The Thin Red Line and Lost Highway & Woods: Boxing Helena - just for the record). Somehow I felt dummer, yes dummer, after watching these pieces of cinematic crap. I was then later tricked into seeing the cash-cow, Titanic, by my so called "friend" Dave out here in Cali. (In his defense, however, he thought they would actually have a historical telling of the ship, not a fictional account of three passengers--go figure). To round out the list, Congo, a monkey movie with virtually no plot, just didn't cut it as Michael Crichton's much awaited book-to-movie project follow-up to Jurassic Park.
- The Thin Red Line
- Boxing Helena
- Lost Highway
- Titanic
- Congo

All this from a man who had a poster of Starship Troopers on his wall....

Thin Red Line, worst film ever. C'mon that's just flat out extreme. Joe vs. the Volcano should have been in there son.

I stand by my statement that A Thin Red Line is the worst movie ever. Believe me I wanted to put Boxing Helena or Lost Highway in that spot, but I hadn't seen many dark, strange, freaky movies like those with which to compare. However, as far as war movies? To compare to ATRL I'd seen Saving Private Ryan. Nuff said.
