Once again, I must disagree. "And Justice for All" and "Sea of Love" are hands down the worst Pacino movies...
While Heat has its flaws, it certainly is not one of his worst movies. The dynamic exchanges between he and Robert DeNiro alone make it worth seeing. Also, it has one of the best gunfight scenes in cinema history.
